Polyamide is blended with unshrunk natural wool to increase strength, making it ideal for socks that are worn frequently on a daily basis. Polyamide is biodegradable, so it is a material with less environmental impact than conventional nylon-blended sock yarns. This polyamide will decompose in a few years if composted.

It is very smooth to the touch, elastic and easy to knit, and you will enjoy the soft, chewy knitting. It is slightly thicker than regular sock yarn and the stitches are easy to align, so it is recommended for beginners to knit socks. Although it is a wool that has not been shrink-proofed, it is very soft, so it is also recommended for baby wear, accessories around the neck, sweaters, etc.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm water, reshape and lay flat to dry. Color may fade the first few times you wash it.
